A relatively simple way to prepare a healthy smoothie
Ingredients
1 banana, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1 and 1/4 cup of low-fat milk
1 tablespoon of clear honey
Method of preparation
Place the banana and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth
Add low-fat milk and honey, blend until smooth and well mixed
