You don’t need to let it ruin your day. You must acknowledge that stress is part of everybody’s everyday lives. However, there are some ways to loosen the tension it has on us.

Leave your workstation and find a quiet corner to condsolidate your
thoughts.
Buying an extra Sunday
Take Monday off and spare some time for yourself.
Let it out
Speak out to a close friend or relative.
Know your limits
Recognize that you can’t solve all problems no matter how small they
appear to be.
